A: Often yes. Hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM to 10 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 9 PM. There is no overnight service. For a gas smell or suspected carbon monoxide, leave the house and call 911 or your gas company instead.

A: $110 for one system, $180 for a furnace and A/C together in one visit, and $90 for each additional system in the same visit. Every inspection ends with a written System Health Report of the actual readings, and every tune-up carries a one-year diagnostic warranty - if the system we tuned breaks down within a year, the diagnostic fee is waived.

Q: My A/C is out and the part is on order. Can I rent cooling?
A: Yes. A portable A/C rental is $150 total for delivery, setup and takedown, plus $20 per day. Days are counted by calendar date, so the setup day and the pickup day each count as one whatever the time. Two high-efficiency units cover about 900 sq ft together and a portable swamp cooler is included. Delivery is usually same-day. A third unit is $10 a day.
