How much does the HVAC maintenance plan cost?
Canyon Comfort Protection is $15/month. There’s also a Filter Replacement Service for $20/month, and a Best Value plan combining both for $30/month — less than buying them separately.

Why does Canyon Comfort offer a maintenance plan instead of pushing new systems?
We’re a repair-only company — we don’t sell or install new systems, so there’s no incentive to push a replacement. A maintenance plan is how we make sure your current system runs efficiently and lasts as long as possible, which is exactly what we’re supposed to help you do.
Does the plan cover both AC maintenance and furnace maintenance?
Yes — Canyon Comfort Protection covers one air conditioning maintenance visit in spring and one furnace maintenance (heating maintenance) visit in fall, both real multi-point HVAC tune-ups with a System Health Report, not just a filter change.
Is a maintenance plan the same as preventive maintenance?
Yes — a maintenance plan is simply the easiest way to keep up with preventive maintenance and seasonal maintenance on a schedule, instead of trying to remember to book an AC tune-up and furnace tune-up yourself every year.
