What the standard 1-year warranty covers
Our standard 1-year warranty covers any part we replace during a repair. Repairs made with no parts replaced are covered for 30 days.
10 years of labor, on us
A covered repair never costs you a labor bill for a full 10 years. If your manufacturer covers the part it's free; if not, you pay only for the part — never the labor.
What's required
System installed by Canyon Comfort, the $12/mo Protection plan kept active for the full 10 years, two tune-ups a year, and completing any repairs we recommend. Any cleanings we recommend are at the homeowner's cost, must be completed to keep coverage active, and must be performed by us. Plan pricing may change year to year.
