The owner works commercial HVAC during the day and runs Canyon Comfort after the day shift ends. That is why the truck shows up in the evening, and it is also why the person diagnosing your system does this for a living. $80 service call
A service call is $80 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, with $40 added weeknights until 10:00pm and all weekend. You hear the number before anyone touches the equipment.
No heat counts as much as no cool
A furnace that will not light in January is every bit as urgent as an A/C that quits in July, and both run on the same windows and the same pricing. A health inspection with a written System Health Report is $110 for the furnace, $110 for the A/C, or $180 for both.
Same-day portable A/C when parts have to wait
If your repair depends on a part that is not on the truck, we can set up two high-efficiency portable A/C units and a portable swamp cooler for $150 plus $20 a day, which covers delivery, setup and takedown. Together they cover about 900 square feet, and a third portable unit is $10 a day.

Canyon Comfort serves the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back, from Ogden south to Provo and from Grantsville east to Coalville and Heber. That covers Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Utah counties along with Park City. Pricing is identical in every one of them, and there is no travel surcharge.
Can you really come out the same day?
Yes. If you call or text in the morning, we can usually be at your home that same evening, Monday through Friday between 5:00 and 10:00pm, or on Saturday starting at 8:00am. Canyon Comfort is a repair-only HVAC company, and we will never leave you waiting on a window that does not exist.
How much is a service call in my city?
A service call is $80 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, with $40 added weeknights until 10:00pm and all weekend. The price is the same in Ogden, Salt Lake City, and Payson alike, and you approve it.
Do you repair furnaces as well as air conditioners?
Yes, and furnace calls carry the same pricing as A/C calls — $80 weekdays to 6pm, $120 weeknights and weekends — and the same evening and weekend windows. We handle a furnace that will not ignite, one blowing cold air, and one that short cycles all night. A furnace health inspection is $110 and includes a written System Health Report.
Do you install new heating and cooling systems?
No. We do not sell or install new systems. Canyon Comfort takes on multi-day repairs. When a system truly needs replacing, you get the diagnosis explained plainly — why a new system is the right call — and, if you want it, a recommendation for a trusted local installation company. Homeowners who arrive at that conversation with a diagnosis in hand usually pay less for the replacement.
