How Booking Works

Three steps, about a minute

STEP 1

Choose your service

Tell us whether you need an emergency A/C or furnace repair, a swamp cooler startup or shutdown, a health inspection, or an airflow diagnostic. The set price is shown right there on the screen.

STEP 2

Pick your arrival window

Open windows appear on a calendar, so you can see exactly when we are able to be at your house.

STEP 3

Confirm and you’re done

Leave your name, number, and address, choose whether you’d rather get a text or a call, and the booking is in.

Not ready to pick a time?

Get it quoted first

Booking above is for a diagnostic or a tune-up at a set price. If you would rather know the number before anything is scheduled, send it to us online and we will come back — usually within 24 hours, Mon–Fri.

Online quote

A second opinion on a quote you already have, a repair you want priced, an HVAC question, or a dryer vent cleaning quoted from photos.

Quicker to explain out loud? Call or text and we will talk it through and give you the number before we schedule anything.

Booking Questions

Before you pick a time

Can someone come out tonight?

Often yes — but not through online booking, which needs at least 24 hours’ notice. Call or text 801-960-5925 and we can usually be at your house the same evening. Arrival windows run Monday through Friday 7am-10pm, Saturday 8am–10pm, and Sunday 8am–9pm. There is no overnight service, so the earlier in the day you book, the better your choice of times.

How much does a booked visit cost?

Emergency A/C or furnace repair is an $80 service call weekdays 7am-6pm, with $40 added weeknights until 10pm and all weekend. A health inspection is $110 for the A/C, $110 for the furnace, or $180 for both, and an airflow diagnostic is $80. The $80 is credited toward any repair you approve. See full pricing →

What happens after I book online?

You get a confirmation within 24 hours, by text or by call, whichever you picked during booking. We reach out again when the technician is on the way, and if the window ever has to move you will hear it from us first rather than finding out by waiting.

Do you book daytime appointments?

Yes — Canyon Comfort books daytime, evening and weekend appointments: Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 8am–9pm. We are not a 24-hour company, so if you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the house and call 911 or your gas company instead of booking online. Every visit is handled by a commercial-trained HVAC technician — the person diagnosing your furnace does this for a living.

Do you charge extra for evening or weekend service?

Yes, a little. Weekdays 7am to 6pm are the $80 service call; weeknights until 10pm and all weekend add $40, so $120.

Can I book a new furnace or A/C installation?

No — we do not sell or install new systems. Canyon Comfort takes on repairs of every size, including multi-day jobs. When a system truly needs replacing, you hear it plainly: the diagnosis, why a new system is the best option, and — only if you ask — a local installer we trust.

My A/C is out, how can I keep my home cooler?

You can add a portable A/C rental for $150, which covers delivery, setup and takedown, plus $20 a day, and $10 a day for a third unit. Two high-efficiency portable units cover roughly 900 square feet together, and a portable swamp cooler is included. On a no-heat call we finish the diagnosis, order what it needs, and come back to finish the repair first thing.

Which areas can I book service in?

We book service from Ogden down to Provo, and from Grantsville across to Coalville and Heber — the Wasatch Front and the Wasatch Back. See the full service area →

Let’s get your house comfortable tonight.

Appointments across the Wasatch Front. Book online in about a minute, or call and talk to the technician directly.
