Commercial HVAC that works around your business
Offices, shops, restaurants and warehouses across the Wasatch Front. Run by a technician trained on rooftop units, package systems and commercial splits.
Service and repair
Light commercial and commercial — offices, retail, restaurants, shops, warehouses and multi-unit buildings.
RTUs, splits and package units
Service and repair on rooftop units and commercial splits. Compressors, economizers, controls, belts and bearings, and refrigerant work. If a unit is genuinely past saving we tell you plainly and hand you the numbers rather than bidding the replacement.
Airflow that actually reaches the space
Repairs, resizing and sealing. If half the building is cold and the other half is stale, we measure static pressure and airflow and find the real restriction instead of adding another rooftop unit to cover for it.
Licensed, permitted, pressure-tested
Gas piping for kitchen equipment, heaters and new units — sized, run, pressure-tested and inspected. We hold a Utah B100 general contractor license alongside the S350 HVAC license.
Agreements that prevent the 2am call
Scheduled service on every unit on the building, with written readings each visit so you can see what changed since last time. Filters, belts, coils, amp draws, refrigerant and controls — documented, not just ticked off.
When the building can’t wait
A restaurant with no cooling or a shop with no heat is losing money by the hour. We run seven days a week, including evenings and Sundays, and commercial calls get treated like the revenue problem they are.
Got an HVAC question?
Ask it on the online quote page: a real answer, a second opinion, or a firm quote, whichever you need.
Scheduled around your hours, not ours
We run Monday to Friday from 7am, and weeknights until 10pm, plus Saturday and Sunday. If the work has to happen before you open or after you close so it doesn’t cost you a shift, that is a normal request here, not a favour.
The same technician learns your equipment. You are not re-explaining the layout, the access, or which unit serves which space to a different crew every visit.
Every visit ends with the readings in writing and photos of what we found. That matters when you are approving spend, comparing bids, or handing something to a property manager.
Commercial maintenance agreements
A contract is what turns HVAC from an unpredictable expense into a line item you can plan around. It also means the person who shows up already knows your building.
Every unit, on a set rotation
We build the schedule around your equipment and your season — cooling checked before summer, heat before winter, filters and belts on the interval they actually need rather than whenever someone remembers.
You can see what changed
Every visit ends with the numbers in writing for each unit: amp draws, refrigerant, static pressure, temperature split, combustion. Over a couple of visits that becomes a trend line, which is how you catch a compressor going bad before it strands you.
Contract customers come first
When something does fail, contract buildings get scheduled ahead of general calls. We already know the equipment, the access and the history, so the visit is shorter and the fix is faster.
Planned spend, not surprises
You know what maintenance costs for the year, and you get advance warning on the big-ticket items instead of finding out in July that a rooftop unit needs replacing this week.
More than one building is fine
If you run several locations we can cover them under one agreement with one point of contact and one set of records, rather than a different contractor per site.
Priced on your equipment
There is no standard package, because a two-unit office and a twelve-unit restaurant group are not the same job. Tell us what you run and we will put together an agreement and a price for it.
Keep trading while the repair happens
If a unit is down and a part is days out, a closed business is the expensive part — not the repair. We can set up portable cooling so you stay open while we sort the permanent fix.
Commercial HVAC questions
What size buildings do you work on?
Light commercial and commercial — offices, retail units, restaurants, salons, shops, warehouses and small multi-unit buildings. If you are unsure whether your building fits, send us the equipment list and we will tell you straight.
Do you install commercial systems?
No. We service and repair commercial equipment rather than selling or installing it — rooftop units, splits, ductwork, gas line runs, planned maintenance and emergency repair. If a unit needs replacing we diagnose it, put the findings in writing, and can recommend a commercial install company we trust.
Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes. We run Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 9pm, so work can happen before you open or after you close. Weeknights after 6pm and weekends add $40.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. Scheduled visits across every unit on the building, with written readings each time so you can track what is degrading before it fails. Tell us how many units you run and we will price it.
Can you review a bid we have been given?
Yes, at no cost. Send us the quote and the equipment list and we will tell you whether the scope and the pricing look right, and flag anything that has been left out. We do not bid the work ourselves, so there is nothing in it for us either way.
How do I get a bid?
Call or text 801-960-5925, or send the details online. For anything beyond a straightforward repair we come look at the building first — bids given without seeing the equipment are how change orders happen later.
