Emergency HVAC Repair

Same-Day & After-Hours HVAC Repair

No heat on a cold night or no cooling in a heat wave? We move fast — same-day service, plus evenings and weekends until 10pm. We diagnose the real problem, show you what we find, and fix it, tested before we leave.

First, a real safety note: if you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, this isn’t a repair call — leave the home immediately and call 911 or your gas company. Those are life-safety emergencies for the fire department, not an HVAC visit. Once you’re safe, we’re glad to help with the repair.

When to call us fast

The breakdowns we treat as urgent

  • No heat on a cold night — furnace or heat pump down with temperatures dropping.
  • No cooling in a heat wave — the AC quit and the house is climbing.
  • Burning or electrical smell from the system (turn it off first), or a breaker that keeps tripping.
  • Water leaking from the furnace/air handler that won’t stop.
  • A system that won’t turn on at all when you need it.

For a few of these you can do something safe while you wait — see common AC problems & what to do. When you’re ready, call and we’ll get to you as fast as we safely can.

When we’re available

Our service hours

  • Standard — Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Extended (+$30) — Mon–Fri 6:00–10:00 PM and Sat–Sun 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • After-hours ($180) — Sat–Sun 2:00–10:00 PM
  • Closed after 10:00 PM until the next morning

We’re honest about it: after 10pm we’re not the right call for HVAC — and a true gas or carbon-monoxide emergency should always go to 911 or your gas company. Your $80 diagnostic is credited toward any repair or replacement you approve.

While you wait

We won’t leave you sweating it out

If your AC is down in the heat and you’re waiting on a part or an install, we can drop off temporary cooling to keep your home livable — free for Canyon Comfort Protection members. Nobody in your home has to go without cooling while we work.

Emergency FAQ

Urgent repair questions

How fast can you get here?

We offer same-day service and after-hours help in the evenings and on weekends until 10pm. Call or text 801-960-5925 and we’ll get to you as fast as we safely can.

Do you offer 24-hour service?

We’re available until 10pm and closed overnight. After 10pm we’re honestly not the right call — and a gas leak or suspected carbon monoxide is a life-safety emergency that should go to 911 or your gas company, not an HVAC company.

What does after-hours service cost?

After-hours (Sat–Sun 2–10pm) is a flat $180; evenings and weekend mornings add $30 to the standard rate. Your $80 diagnostic is credited toward any repair or replacement you approve.

My AC died — can I stay cool while I wait?

Yes — we can drop off temporary cooling, and you can run your furnace fan on “On” to keep air moving. See our what-to-do guide.
