Gas Line Installation & Repair

Safe, code-compliant natural-gas line installation, extension, and repair across the Salt Lake Valley — for furnaces, water heaters, ranges, fire pits, garage and shop heaters, generators, and BBQ stub-outs. Permitted, pressure-tested, and done right.

Smell gas right now? Don’t flip switches or look for the leak yourself — leave the home and call 911 or your gas company from outside. Gas work is exactly where doing it right matters most, which is why every line we run is permitted, leak-checked, and pressure-tested.

What we do

Gas line services

New gas line runs & extensions

Running a line to a new furnace, water heater, gas range or cooktop, dryer, fireplace, fire pit, patio BBQ, pool heater, generator, or a heater for the garage or shop — sized correctly so every appliance gets the pressure and volume it needs.

Appliance hook-ups

Connecting and converting appliances, adding shut-off valves and stub-outs, and capping off lines you no longer use — all to code.

Repairs & leak checks

We locate and repair leaks, replace corroded or damaged piping, and pressure-test the system to confirm it’s tight and safe before we leave.

Permitted & pressure-tested

Gas work is pulled on a permit, inspected, and pressure-tested — the right way to protect your home and your family. It’s also a common need on larger and rural properties, and we’re glad to take it on.

Gas line FAQ

Gas line questions

Can you run a gas line for my fire pit, BBQ, or garage heater?

Yes — fire pits, patio BBQ stub-outs, garage and shop heaters, pool heaters, generators, ranges, and more. We size the line so the appliance gets the pressure and volume it needs.

Do you pull permits for gas work?

Always. Gas work is permitted, inspected, leak-checked, and pressure-tested — it’s the right way and it protects your home.

I think I have a gas leak — what should I do?

Leave the home and call 911 or your gas company from outside — don’t flip switches or hunt for the leak yourself. Once it’s safe, we can repair and pressure-test the line.

Can you cap off or move a gas line during a remodel?

Yes — we add, move, extend, and cap lines for remodels and appliance changes, all to code.
