Canyon Comfort Heating & Cooling is a licensed and insured HVAC contractor serving Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas, Utah, founded in 2026 by Devan Latturner. The company holds a Utah S350 HVAC contractor license and a B100 general contractor license, and is EPA refrigerant certified and RMGA gas licensed. Canyon Comfort is a repair-only company providing air conditioning and furnace repair, heat pump and ductless mini-split repair, and seasonal maintenance across Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Valley City, West Jordan, Draper, Murray, and the surrounding Salt Lake City.
Canyon Comfort was started by Devan Latturner with a simple mission: provide quality HVAC services and repairs to Salt Lake City at a fair price. After watching too many neighbors get pressured into expensive replacements they didn't need, the goal became clear — straight answers, accurate diagnostics, and dependable workmanship.
