Do you repair furnaces as well as air conditioners?
Yes, both, on every major brand, plus heat pumps, mini-splits and swamp coolers. No-heat nights matter as much up here as no-cooling days, and the north end’s older furnaces keep us busy all winter.
Do you install or replace systems?
No. We’re repair-only. When a system truly needs replacing, you hear it straight: the diagnosis, why a new system is the best option, and — only if you ask — an install company we trust. The advice carries no sales motive because there’s nothing for us to sell.
Are the old Ogden homes a problem for you?
They’re a specialty. East Central and bench housing runs old ducting, converted gravity furnaces, additions on additions, and equipment tucked where nobody wants to crawl. That’s normal work for us, diagnosed with the same measurements and photo proof as anywhere else.

Before we call a tune-up or health inspection complete, we measure airflow, static pressure, temperature split and the electrical — plus a CO safety test on every furnace — then email you a Canyon Comfort System Health Report with the readings and what they mean in plain English. Repairs are tested to spec before we leave. You also see real photos of exactly what we found, before and after. On the north end’s older equipment, that written record is worth even more: it’s the difference between knowing your system and guessing at it.
