Do you repair furnaces as well as air conditioners?
Yes, both, on every major brand, plus heat pumps, mini-splits and swamp coolers. The county’s older housing keeps furnaces interesting, and the new west side keeps warranty-era A/C busy.
Do you install or replace systems?
No. We’re repair-only. When a system truly needs replacing, you get the diagnosis explained plainly — why a new system is the right call — and, if you want it, a recommendation for an HVAC install company we trust.
Do you work on student rentals in Provo and Orem?
Constantly. Landlords book us for single units and whole property lists, we coordinate with tenants by text, and repairs get approved by phone with photo proof of what we found. A fall furnace-safety sweep across a property list is one of the most useful calls a county landlord can make.
Is an evening or Saturday call more expensive down here?
Same as everywhere we serve: weeknights 6-10pm and all weekend add $40 to the $80 diagnostic. The drive south changes nothing.
Do you do tune-ups in Utah County?
Yes. The Full System Health Inspection is $110 per system, $180 for a furnace and A/C together, $90 for each additional system after that, and every one ends with a written System Health Report of actual measurements.
My new-build’s A/C is short-cycling. Is that a warranty thing or a repair thing?
Sometimes either. We can diagnose it independently for $80 on a weekday, hand you the findings in writing with photos, and you decide whether it goes to the builder, the manufacturer or straight to a repair. An independent written diagnosis tends to make warranty conversations shorter.
Do you rent portable A/C in Utah County?
