Weak run capacitor caught before it took out the motor

The outdoor unit was humming and struggling to start. The run capacitor tested well below its rating, which is the cheapest part in the system and the one that strains the fan motor and compressor when it fades.

Replaced on the spot, unit started clean, amp draws checked against spec.
