HVAC Install Concierge
It starts with a short questionnaire about your home — then three competing bids, the right equipment at the right price, and an install checked at the stages that matter. You sign the paperwork and pay the invoice.
The biggest HVAC decision, refereed by strangers
Replacing a system usually means three sales visits, three quotes that don’t match, and a big decision riding on which salesman you believed. Most people pick whoever felt the most trustworthy and hope for the best.
From another state, through a tenant, it’s even harder.
The concierge takes all of it off your plate. A licensed HVAC technician — hired by you, working only for you — runs the whole replacement and hands it back finished, tested and documented.
Got an HVAC question?
Ask it on the online quote page: a real answer, a second opinion, or a firm quote, whichever you need.
Six steps, none of them yours
It starts from wherever you are
A short questionnaire about the home and what matters to you — floors, the current system, comfort complaints, priorities, photos if you have them. That becomes the bid sheet, so the three contractors compete on what your home actually needs instead of what they feel like selling. Start the questionnaire →
Three install companies bid the job
We get bids from three install companies — ones you choose, or our trusted contractors. Each walks the house, takes their own measurements, and stands behind their own sizing. Every bid answers the same checklist, so you can compare them line for line.
Every line of every contract, decoded
We go through all three: what the equipment really is and what tier it really sits in, what the scope includes and what it conveniently leaves out, and which price matches the work. Then we recommend one, in plain English, with the reasoning attached.
We put it on the calendar
Once you sign, we coordinate the date with the installer — and with your tenant, if the home is rented — so the project moves without a single call landing on you.
A mid-install check, at the stage that counts
We stop by during the install and look at the details that decide whether a system lasts — line sets, venting, condensate, electrical — while corrections are still easy. Not hovering over the crew all day; showing up when looking matters, with the full inspection to follow once they’re done.
Tested, documented, done
When the installer leaves, we test the finished system and confirm proper operation, then send you the file: photos from during and after, what was installed, and the readings that show it running the way it should.
What you never have to do
No sales visits, no jargon to decode, no guessing whether the equipment matches the sticker or the price matches the work. We handle all of it.
Your part is one signature and one invoice. What you get back is a working system and the file that proves it — photos, test results, what was installed and where.
The service is $750, and it’s the only money we make on the project.
Why our advice stays straight
Canyon Comfort makes its money from you, not from the company that gets the install. We’re repair-only, and the price you pay is all we earn on the project — whether the job goes to one of the three bidders, a company we recommend, or someone else entirely. Here’s what customers say about the way we do business:

Built for the owner who isn’t here
You live in Phoenix. The rental is in Sandy. The tenant texts that the furnace is dead, it’s November, and every decision now runs through a phone: which contractor to trust sight-unseen, whether the quote is fair, whether anyone will actually check the work. The honest answer to all three is usually a shrug.
This is the exact situation the concierge was designed around. We become your eyes, your technical judgment, and your signature-ready summary — we verify, bid, choose, schedule around your tenant, inspect the install as it happens, and send you the proof. You approve things from wherever you are. The tenant gets heat. The house gets a correct install. Nobody flies home for a furnace.
Fair questions before you hand it over
What exactly does the Install Concierge do?
Everything except sign and pay. We inspect your system and confirm it genuinely needs replacement, gather bids from three install companies — ones you choose, or our trusted contractors — go through all three contracts, decide which system is right at which price, schedule the install, check the work partway through and inspect it fully when it’s done, then test the finished system and hand you the documentation. Your part of the project is the signature and the invoice.
How much does it cost?
A $750, agreed before anything starts — that is the whole service, from the first look to the final documented test. Want our full diagnostic verdict on the system before you commit? That is our standard $80 service call, same as any repair visit, and the $750 takes it from there. And if the diagnosis shows a repair would genuinely serve you better than a replacement, you will hear that straight before another dollar moves.
Why should I trust your recommendation?
Because of what we don’t do. Canyon Comfort is repair-only — we don’t sell furnaces or air conditioners and we don’t install them — so no equipment choice puts a dollar in our pocket. You hire us, we answer to you, and the bid that wins is the one we’d pick for our own house. Read our reviews: the thing customers mention most is what we didn’t try to sell them.
Do you take referral money from the installers?
On a concierge job, not a dollar. The set price you pay us is the only money we make on it — nothing from the three who bid, nothing from any company we recommend for it. That is the entire reason the recommendation can be trusted.
Who sizes the new system?
The installer does — on purpose. Each of the three bidders measures the house themselves and stands behind their own capacity and equipment choice, because the company installing a system should be the one answering for whether it fits the home. Our job is refereeing their conclusions: when the three disagree, we make them explain why, and the answer that survives scrutiny is usually the right one.
Who are the three contractors?
Your choice. We can bring three installers we’d let work on our own equipment — licensed, insured, available, and priced like they expect their bid to be read closely — or we can run the process with companies you name. Either way, every bid gets the same line-by-line treatment.
I already have bids. Can you just review those?
Yes. If you’re partway through the process, we’ll referee the bids you have — what the equipment actually is, what’s missing from the scope, which numbers are padded. That’s a smaller engagement than the full concierge, and our free online second opinion is the place to start.
Do I need to be there for any of it?
No. The entire service was built so you don’t have to be — not for the inspection, not for the bids, not on install day. Everything reaches you by phone, text or email with photos, and if a tenant is living in the property we coordinate access directly with them and keep you in the loop.
What do I get when it’s over?
A system that has been tested and proven to run properly, and a file that shows it: photos from during and after the install, what was installed and where, and the test results from our final inspection. If the installer needs to come back for anything, you’ll know exactly what and why, in writing.
What kinds of owners use this?
Owners who live in another state and rent the home out. Business owners with better uses for their week. Anyone who has read one HVAC quote, felt their eyes cross, and decided their time is worth more than three contractor meetings. If your goal is a correct install without becoming a project manager, this is for you.
Do you oversee installs you didn’t pick the contractor for?
Yes — our standalone post-install inspection covers work that’s already done or already scheduled. The concierge is the full journey; the inspection is the last chapter on its own.
Not ready for the full concierge?
Every part of this service also exists on its own — take exactly as much help as the project needs.
