What’s included?

What does it cost, and how are the days counted?
Dates, plainly. $150 gets the equipment delivered, installed and eventually removed; every calendar date it stays adds $20, the setup and pickup dates each counting once at any hour. Third unit: $10 daily.
Point of the Mountain wind and heat are their own thing. Does that affect the rental?
It affects placement. Bluffdale homes take hard sun and the wind keeps windows shut more than elsewhere, so the units go to the rooms that carry the biggest load, usually upstairs bedrooms and any west-facing office. We sort that out at delivery.
Will portables cool the whole house?
They hold the rooms they’re in, and we say so plainly. Cool bedrooms and a livable main space is the job, and that they deliver. The third unit at $10 a day covers one more room when the household needs it.
Our house is newer and the failure is under warranty. Can we rent while the claim processes?
