What’s included?
Each rental ships as a set: two high-efficiency portable A/C units covering 450 square feet apiece, roughly 900 combined, plus a portable swamp cooler. Delivered and installed by us, removed by us when you’re done.
What does it cost, and how are the days counted?
We bill by the date, full stop. $150 covers getting it there, set up and eventually gone; every calendar date in between adds $20, with the install and pickup dates each counting once however the clock reads. Third unit: $10 a day.
Will portables cool the whole place?
They cool the rooms they’re in, and we say that up front. In Midvale’s compact older homes and condos, two units placed well often cover most of the actual living space, which is what a comfortable wait requires.
Do you deliver to the Bingham Junction condos?
Yes, elevators and stairwells included. Top-floor west-facing units are some of the hottest rooms in the city when cooling fails, and a portable resets them fast.
Can I rent if another company is doing the repair?
Yes, and in Midvale that’s often exactly the situation, with a management company’s vendor en route. If you’d like our diagnosis too, weekdays are $80 (7am-6pm) credited toward approved work; weeknights to 10pm and weekends add $40.
