What to expect when you call
When can you come out?
Often the same day. We work Monday through Friday 7am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, and Sunday 8am to 9pm.
What does a service call cost?
$80 weekdays 7am to 6pm; weeknights until 10pm and the whole weekend add $40. That set price covers the diagnosis, and any repair is priced and approved by you before the work begins.
Do you take no-heat calls in winter?
Yes — a furnace that will not light is treated with the same urgency as a no-cooling call, at the same $80 rate plus. A furnace health inspection with a written System Health Report is $110, or $180 for the furnace and the A/C together.
Who actually shows up?
A licensed HVAC technician does the work personally. Canyon Comfort is locally owned, licensed and insured, and rated 5.0 on Google.
What if the repair takes more than one visit?
You get the diagnosis and a firm quote from us — and we come back to finish the job.
Can I get cooling while I wait?
Yes — a portable A/C rental is $150 for delivery, setup and takedown, plus $20 a day, and $10 a day for a third unit. Two high-efficiency units cover about 900 square feet together, and a portable swamp cooler is included.
